To get Scripps' reimbursements back on track, CHMB staff worked with Scripps personnel, acting as the interim executive director for the business services office. CHMB led Scripps to reorganize workflow, implement productivity standards, and recruit and train new management staff. CHMB staff also provided "early out" follow-up and appeals service for accounts aged 90 days and older.
