CHMB's information systems and data warehouse provide two powerful analytic business tools:

• The transactional/billing system stores patient demographics, charges, payments, claims, statements, reporting, system balancing, and account messages and notes for instant access.
• The data warehouse repository captures important clinical and financial data for practice management analysis, contractual reimbursements, and decision support information. Client data is exported out of the transactional processing systems on a monthly basis through a HIPAA-compliant secured data connection. And, of course, ad-hoc reports are readily available on an as-needed basis.

CHMB's data warehouse provides unique advantages, taking our service far beyond our competitors: We monitor underpayments for all clients and intelligently appeal underpayments in an efficient manner, maximizing client revenue. The SQL backend and Microsoft® Access® front-end, store and generate reports and client data without affecting the transactional processing system used for daily billing and collections. Report output options include Microsoft® Excel®, Access®, Snapshot® and most standard ASCII formats for viewing, importing and other data integration needs.
