CHMB's management team shares a wealth of medical billing and
practice management experience and knowledge. The team is fully dedicated
to assuring that clients receive effective, personalized service and that
CHMB employees are well-trained and up-to-date on the regulations and
operational and technical aspects of medical billing and practice
management to optimize clients' outsourcing experience.

Bob Svendsen
CEO and Co-Founder
Bob Svendsen provides financial and strategic leadership for the company.
His 22 years of financial, executive and entrepreneurial experience in
industries such as senior housing, property management and home healthcare
uniquely qualify him to lead CHMB's management team. An early participant
in the assisted-living industry, he also founded California Healthcare
Management. His commitment to customer service and a model of shared
success shapes his leadership of CHMB. He is an active member of HFMA and
HBMA.
Janet Boos
President and
Co-Founder
Janet Boos oversees the management team; provides strategic planning,
financial, and business development leadership; serves as privacy officer
of the HIPAA compliance committee; and provides compliance support for
clients. Prior to CHMB, Boos founded Premiere Healthcare, a practice
management and billing solutions consulting firm for medical groups, MSOs,
IPAs, and integrated healthcare delivery networks. Her experience also
includes installing/supporting practice management software for over 300
clients in southern California. With over 20 years in healthcare, she has
held various medical office positions including administrator of a large
specialty practice. She is an active member of HBMA.
Ron Anderson
Director of Business
Development
Ron Anderson , a CHMB shareholder, oversees CHMB’s sales and marketing
efforts. Involved in healthcare for over 15 years, he held senior sales
account positions for a national provider of practice management billing
systems and a regional billing services company in Louisiana prior to
joining CHMB. His expertise in revenue cycle management, reimbursement
analytics, and healthcare information systems serve as great resources for
CHMB clients. A member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA)
since 1996 and past chair of MGMA’s Information Technology Advisory
Panel. He is also past president of the California MGMA (2003-2004), the
CAMGMA liaison to the California Medical Association (CMA) and past
president of the San Diego MGMA (2001-2002).
Diane Prettyman
Director of Operations
Diane Prettyman provides operations/staffing support and leadership to the
dedicated account representatives who supervise each of CHMB's teams. She
has over 20 years of medical office and billing operations experience and
works closely with CHMB's CEO and president to ensure that operations are
staffed and performing to meet client expectations and company goals. Prior
to joining CHMB, Prettyman was an administrator for a general surgery group
and oversaw both the medical practice and the group-owned Ambulatory
Surgical Center.
Martha Pinal
Director of Client
Services
Martha Pinal manages a team of professionals who are responsible for
implementing new services and providing training and ongoing support for
new and existing clients. She has over 15 years of experience in physician
group practice billing and collections. Pinal's knowledge of provider and
group credentialing and licensing greatly benefit new and existing clients.
Her dedication to customer service and attention to detail provide new
clients with the much-valued level of comfort before, during and after
they've implemented CHMB outsourced billing services.
Isaac Nye
Director of
Information Technology
Prior to joining
CHMB, Isaac was the Manager of Information Technology for KSL Recreation
Corporation, the proprietor of world class resorts such as Hotel Del
Coronado and The La Costa Resort & Spa. He has a BS from Coleman
College in Computer Science, Computer Applications & Networks and
Master of Science in Business and Technology Management (Suma Cum Laude). Isaac
has been working with information systems since 1998 starting as an
Information Systems Technician with the U.S. Navy earning 1 Combat Action
Medal and 2 awards of the distinguished Navy and Marine Corps Achievement
Medal. His current certifications are Microsoft Certified Systems
Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network
Plus, and CompTIA A+. He has extensive knowledge with Enterprise heterogeneous systems and cross platforms in both the server and
network arena.
Jack Daleo
Director of Human
Resources
Jack Daleo brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience to CHMB:
Recruitment & Staffing, Training, Organizational Development,
Employee/Labor Relations, Legal Compliance, and HR Planning. His background
includes Fortune 100 & 500 experience in healthcare such as
GlaxoSmithKline, Laboratory Corporation of America, Allied Clinical
Laboratories. Daleo’s wide range of skills and abilities allow CHMB
team leaders, supervisors and directors to focus on client and company
matters. He also provides consultative services to CHMB clients on
organizational, employee relations, compliance, workers compensation and
disability issues.
Vicki Brown, RRT, RCP
Clinical Projects
Manager
VickiBrown brings 20 years of clinical and administrative healthcare experience
in various settings including large medical centers, outpatient clinics,
physician offices in multiple capacities as a registered respiratory
therapist, educator, administrator, clinic owner, Quality Director,
CardioPulmonary and Imaging Director, and Healthcare Consultant. Her expertise
is workflow and process improvement, program development and
implementation, and practice transformation. Her five years at UCLA
included studies focused in philosophy and art history before her technical
training in cardiopulmonary physiology and a critical care internship in
respiratory therapy at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles. Her personal mission is
to improve healthcare delivery and she has participated in protocol and
pathway development, formulation of competency training programs and innovative
non-invasive approaches to care at Scripps, Sharp, and Tri-City Medical
Center in San Diego.
